Oil Filling Machine
Oil filling machines can be used to dispense oils, chemicals, water or any other commodity that needs to be packed with precision.
The oil filling machine eases the delivery of liquids to required quantities. It is based on weight and therefore the variation in density will not affect the accuracy of the system. The system consists of a weigh platform, a filling controller and a control valve. The control valve has a nozzle to ensure that the material does not go out of the container. The liquid is fed in coarse feed and then in the fine feed mode so as to get the required accuracy. In the coarse feed mode the feed is fast and the time
taken for delivery would be the least. However, while the weight reaches close to the required value, the valve changes to the fine feed mode thereby the flow is reduced but the valve can stop precisely ensuring the exact quantity of material is dispensed.
The heart of the machine is the controller which has a display that indicates the status of the machine and also the weight. There are push buttons to set the required quantity and for setting up the machine. The control valve is electrically controlled and has two modes which is coarse feed and fine feed mode. The valve head can be moved up and down easily to accommodate various types of containers and bottles. The weigh platform is of Stainless steel which is corrosion resistant.
