Rice Bagging Scale
The low cost semi automatic bagging scale is a boon to the low volume packing market. It is conveninet to repack 5/10 kg from larger bags using this packing scale. The output is settable from 2 to 10 kgs with an accuracy of 5 gms. The system gives between 4 - 6 bags per minute depending on the capacity. The packing can be handled by only one person if there is a pre feeder into the storage hopper which can hold about 50 kgs of material. The system will give consistent output at the pre defined speed ensuring precise quantity at the required pace. All contact parts are in stainless steel which is an absolute requirement for the food industry. The system can be custom built to give more output with additional weigh hopper so that the output can be doubled.
